AdBlue™ Urea Elements
A prerequisite for efficient SCR is the injection of a urea additive into the exhaust path. Urea chemically reacts in contact with heated exhaust gas and converts polluting gases into harmless water and nitrogen, thus reducing harmful emissions as shown here. We supply urea elements and spin-on elements.

Air Dryers
Air dryer cartridges maintain optimum operational reliability in the air brake systems of vehicles. They have two purposes:
1. Prevent corrosion and freezing by removing moisture in the compressed air system.
2. Clean dirt and soot particles from the compressed air.
Filtration
The essential aim of filtration is to remove abrasive contaminants from the air, fuel, oil or water before they cause damage to the vehicle or equipment. Filters do not have an infinite lifespan, nor are they able to remove all particle contaminants. Therefore all filters are, to a certain degree, a trade off between size range of contaminant particle removal and lifespan. The more particles that are removed the quicker a filter becomes blocked as part of its normal life and the sooner it needs replacing.
The filter, throughout its life, also has to survive in the environment it is working. So, ultimately, a filter must comply with requirements of pressure, flow rate, temperature, durability and size range for abrasive particles to be removed. In addition, where appropriate, a filter may need to contain valves or other devices for flow control.
Air filters
To achieve optimum performance, combustion engines require clean intake air. If pollutants in the air, such as soot or dust, get into the combustion chamber, pitting may occur on the cylinder heads, causing premature wear of the engine. The function of electronic parts located between the suction and the combustion chamber may also be significantly impaired.
Carbon filters
Carbon filtering is a method of filtering that uses a bed of activated carbon to remove contaminants and impurities, using chemical adsorption. Each particle/granule of carbon provides a large surface area/pore structure, allowing contaminants the maximum possible exposure to the active sites within the filter media.
Fuel filters
Modern fuel injection systems require an extremely clean, homogeneous and free-flowing fuel supply. However, contaminants can get into the fuel during the production and transport process and need to be filtered out. Fuel filters reliably remove contaminants. Thanks to high-quality filter media, the fuel system is protected from the smallest contaminants and therefore from corrosion damage. This protects the engine and assures efficient operation of the vehicle. The required constant fuel supply is achieved with pressure regulation and recirculation of the surplus fuel from the injection pump to the tank. Pulsation damping compensates for the pressure fluctuations caused by the fuel pump.
Oil filters
More and more performance, less and less consumption – in order to meet the high demands placed on modern engines, automobile manufacturers demand the absolute highest levels of performance from the engine components used. The oil circuit is of central importance here, as only clean engine oil can permanently ensure consistent engine performance. If the circulating oil is not permanently freed of impurities and combustion residues, protection from wear is no longer guaranteed. In the worst case, this may even damage the engine.
