For the purposes of the Contract, the Supplier and the Customer are independent data controllers and each party agrees and undertakes to process the personal data of the other party and the personal data supplied by the other party in accordance with applicable data protection law, including UK GDPR as defined by section 3(10) of the Data Protection Act 2018; the Data Protection Act 2018; and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
