At MULTI-SOURCE UK LTD, we are committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all employees, contractors, visitors, and others who may be affected by our operations. This policy statement reflects our intention to prevent accidents, work-related ill health and to provide a safe and healthy working environment for everyone involved in our business. 

Our Commitment 

In accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and all relevant health and safety legislation, MULTI-SOURCE UK LTD will: 

  • Provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, including safe systems of work and suitable welfare facilities. 
  • Provide appropriate information, instruction, supervision and training to ensure the health and safety of all employees and those who may be affected by our work. 
  • Maintain plant, equipment and machinery in a safe condition and ensure that all work equipment is properly used. 
  • Regularly assess risks to health and safety arising from our activities and implement control measures to reduce or eliminate such risks. 
  • Consult with employees on matters affecting their health and safety, encouraging active participation in health and safety management. 
  • Monitor and review this policy annually, or sooner if significant changes occur, to ensure it remains current and effective. 

Responsibilities 

Directors and Managers are responsible for implementing this policy, ensuring that health and safety is embedded in all aspects of the business, and that necessary resources are provided. 

Employees have a legal duty to take reasonable care of their own health and safety, and that of others and to cooperate with the company in meeting statutory requirements.  

 

Welfare 

We are committed to ensuring the welfare of our staff through: 

  • Maintaining clean and hygienic facilities, including access to drinking water, rest areas, and adequate washing and toilet facilities. 
  • Promoting a culture of respect, inclusion, and well-being. 
  • Providing support for mental health and stress management where appropriate.
